According to the Benton Police Department (BNPD), the individuals pictured allegedly walked out of Walmart around 4:00 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 15, 2018, without paying for two baskets of items.
The BNPD report says when confronted by an employee, the male suspect produced a baseball bat from the shopping cart and attempted to hit the employee, he then punched the employee before fleeing with the female in a small, silver 4-door car with a dent on the left-side rear quarter panel. The car may also have a left front fender which is a different color than the driver’s door.
