In checking up on the possibility of a retail development, Benton Town Center, at Exit 114, I came across this plan for a shopping center with Kroger as the anchor. The document appears to have been created in 2010. It shows a location near the McDonald’s on Alcoa. We discussed last week the possibility of a center with Kroger near the Bryant Walmart instead. The plan below seems much better suited to traffic and visibility, but then it’s really not my decision, is it?
