Tyler Hayes, age 23 of Bauxite, AR, died after a vehicle crash on Interstate 430, according to Arkansas State Police. The crash happened early Saturday, October 29, 2022 at 2:11 a.m. A report states that Hayes was driving southbound on the northbound side of I-430.
The report says Hayes was approaching Mile Marker 6 in his 2014 Nissan Sentra when it collided head-on with a 2003 Peterbilt truck. The driver of the truck was Bernard Terry, age 60, of Waxahachie, TX.
Police say Hayes was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. Road conditions were clear and dry.
