According to the Bryant Police Department, on early Thursday morning August 31st, 0fficers were conducting extra patrols throughout the neighborhoods in Bryant when they observed two subjects around several vehicles. When officers attempted to make contact, both suspects fled on foot out of the neighborhood. Both subjects were later caught and a handgun was located in the vehicle they were using. The subjects were interviewed by detectives and admitted to breaking into cars in Bryant and taking property.
The suspects, Brandon Brooks and Davontae Glover, both age 18 and from Little Rock, were taken to the Saline County Jail and charged with the following:
- Fleeing
- Breaking and Entering x3
- Poss of handgun by minor (18 or younger)
- Criminal Trespass
