Two suspects are facing charges in connection to multiple vehicle break-ins, one which led to a home invasion robbery, on Friday, Feb. 24, 2017, in the Northshore, Oakbrook Cove and Denise neighborhoods. Victims in the home invasion told officers that three black men, at least one brandishing a handgun, entered the home and robbed them before fleeing in an unknown direction. No persons were injured during the incident.
On Tuesday, March 14, detectives with the Benton Police Department arrested Henry Lee Conley, age 23, and Jacki Jamaal Fossette, age 25, both of Little Rock in connection to the incidents. Conley and Fossette each face charges of Aggravated Residential Burglary, class Y felony; 10 counts of Breaking and Entering, class D felony; and Theft of Property, class C felony.
“Our detectives diligently put in countless hours and dedication toward identifying and apprehending the suspects in this case,” Chief Kirk Lane said. “We encourage the public to continue communicating with us any information on this incident or any other suspected incident. The communication with the public and hard work of our detectives is essential in successfully solving cases. We anticipate more arrests as this case progresses.”
This is an ongoing investigation and additional arrests could be forthcoming.
