Downtown Benton’s Third Thursday street festival is coming again on May 20th from 6 – 9 p.m., with presenting sponsor Everett Chevrolet.
This month, the theme is a Salute to Men and Women in the Military Past, Present, and Future. The City will shut down sections of Main Street and Sevier Street to make room for watching live music and a kid zone, shopping at vendor booths, food trucks, a beer garden, a baggo tournament, farmer’s market vendors and a cutest baby contest.
The Farmer’s Market will be open with vendors and a CUTEST BABY CONTEST, sponsored by Braswell & Son Pawnbrokers. The contest is open to children ages 0-5 years. It begins at 6 p.m. The Farmers Market is located at 125 Ashley Street.

Free registration for the BAGGO TOURNAMENT starts at 6:30 p.m. and the games begin at 7:00 p.m. The location is on the courthouse lawn this time.
On Main & Conway Streets, the Main St. Station will have their three food trucks open as usual and work add karaoke to the mix. Sing with friends and grab a bite under the canopy.
