The 4th Annual Spring in Saline Home & Garden Show returns to the Benton Event Center Friday, March 10 through Saturday, March 11, 2017. The Home & Garden Show gives area residents the opportunity to see, learn about, and buy the latest home products and services from over 70 companies under one roof. Local companies and hundreds of experts share ideas and advice to help with all of those home projects.
The Spring in Saline Home & Garden Show is always a fun destination for the whole family. New this year is a free photo booth onsite both days and free face painting on Saturday. The kids, old and young alike, will have a great time having their pictures made and faces painted!
The Show grand prize this year is a Cub Cadet Riding Mower. Attendees (21 years and over) can register for a chance to win. Ten lucky names will be drawn beginning at 1:00pm on March 11. At 3:30pm, each contestant will compete by choosing a box that contains a key. The box with the mower key wins the mower! For all the details, go to www.springinsaline.com.
“It’s exciting to see the overwhelmingly positive response from area residents and our exhibitors about the quality of this Show,” said Shaun McFarland. “Exhibitor space sold out last year, and as of press time, we only have 4 spots remaining for this year’s show.”
Business partners, Shaun McFarland and Brad Hudson produce the show locally. McFarland, president of YourAdTeam (full service advertising agency) and Hudson, president of Electric Man (residential and commercial electrician services), partnered 4 years ago to form Benton Events, Inc., which is a company solely focused on producing local trade shows. Tammy McFarland is director of sales and oversees the day-to-day operations of the company.
“We both already owned local companies, so it’s a natural fit for us to produce local trade shows that help local residents and local businesses,” said Hudson. “As a matter of fact, in a few weeks, we’ll be unveiling a brand new Fall Show concept that will also be of great interest to area residents.”
The Spring in Saline Home & Garden Show has more than 70 booths which fill the entire Benton Event Center Ball Room and Grand Hallway. The exhibitors provide consumers with an excellent buying opportunity, competitive pricing and side-by-side comparison between companies. Displays will include generators, wood fencing, decorative fencing, residential gates, real estate services, garage doors, lawn care equipment, pest control services, energy saving services, outdoor kitchens, windows, flooring, accessories and everything imaginable for the home, inside and out. Area homeowners won’t want to plan, remodel or landscape until they come see the newest styles, design ideas, lighting, countertops and plants on display at the Show. And, with the City of Benton Pet Adoption trailer onsite, you’ll also have the opportunity to find the perfect pet for your home!
Northside Power and Benton Fence are this year’s Title Sponsors. Show hours are Friday, March 10 through Saturday, March 11, 9am to 5pm both days. Admission price is $5 for adults, and free for children twelve and under. As always, parking is free. Riverside Grocery will be serving catfish and chicken both days.
