According to the father of three teen, he was found around 8 p.m. Wednesday night and taken to the hospital. The search had ended.

The Little Rock Police Department is looking for Jacob Wells a 15-year-old boy from Bauxite, who left a facility on Tuesday night, October 17th and have been missing since then. The teen has family in Bauxite, so he may be trying to find his way there. Jacob is a Type 1 diabetic and insulin dependent, so it’s urgent to find him. Please share this post and contact the LRPD if you know anything that could lead then to find Jacob.
