Lake Norrell residents to experience low or no water pressure due to break Monday
Salem Water announced at 3:08 p.m. that there is a broken water main in the Lake Norrell area. Due to this break, all customers in the Lake Norrell area will either have no water or low water pressure until the repair is complete.
