The Saline County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Benton man accused of raping someone. A warrant was obtained for Christopher Allen Avakian, age 38, of Benton, on Wednesday, July 14th for a Rape charge. Lifetime criminal leads local Police on chase, ends up with 70-year sentence from Judge

A Saline County jury found Toby Carter, age 54, of Hot Springs guilty of felon in possession of a firearm, fleeing, and possession of methamphetamine on July 8, 2021.
