At the very beginning of every year after an election, the newly elected and re-elected candidates are sworn into office. We’ve made a gallery of photos so you can recognize your elected officials.
In addition to Saline County officials take the oath of office, there were a few from the City of Alexander, City of Benton, and City of Haskell. Some elected officials were sworn in at another time, and some in their own City ceremonies.

Division Judges Robert Herzfeld and Josh Farmer did the swearing-in honors for many. However, newly sworn-in Saline County Judge Matt Brumley then swore in Justice of the Peace Josh Curtis, who then swore in his father, Saline County Clerk Doug Curtis.
