Saline River – Crappie been good in deep pockets using the smaller crappie minnows. Bass have been hitting brooder minnows and 4″ lizards, zingtails have been doing good on them as well. Bream have been great on crickets. Catfish been being caught on trotlines with goldfish and black saltys.
Sunset Lake – Sunset Lake is temporarily closed for renovations.
Lake Norrell – Crappie been hitting pretty good at night up until the early morning hours off of crappie minnows. Catfish been good on cut baits both shad and skipjack have been doing good. As well as bait shrimp too. Bream good on crickets. Bass have been pretty good on spinner baits and also on buzz baits.
Bishop Park Ponds – The catfish have been pretty good here on fresh chicken livers and night crawlers. Bass fair on plastic worms and zing tails. Bream been hitting crickets and red worms. Crappie on #4crappie & pink crappie minnows.
Lake Winona – Bream been good on crickets. Catfish good on goldfish and bream. Crappie been fair on crappie minnows. Bass also been doing good on minnows, crank baits and spinner baits.
