Megan Lambert caught this 5.5 lb bass off of #6 crappie minnows at Nimrod Lake
Saline River – with the river level being up and down it’s been tough. But I did get word that some have been doing good at the spillway on the Walleye. Besides that I have heard the bass too have been good using brooder minnows.
The next two pictures were caught two days in a row by Hunter Howard on Lake Norrell. The first picture has crappie and couple of bass. The second one has all crappie all were caught on Kalin 2″ grubs in the colors, Arkansas Shad, Tennessee Shad & Rainbow Trout are his favorite colors to use.
Sunset Lake -A few bream being caught off of redworms and crickets. Bass been hitting minnows. Crappie been good on #4 crappie minnows and #6 crappie minnows around the dock and the island. Catfish been fair off night crawlers , bait shrimp and bass minnows.

Lake Norrell – This is the hot spot around here. Lots of people have been catching nice bream. Some with Kalin’s 2″ grubs. And others are using # 6 & # 4 crappie minnows in the channel and also in brush tops and around the docks. Catfish good on black salty’s. Bream fair on crickets fishing them deep. Bass I heard were slow on plastics and crankbaits.

Bishop Park Ponds – Crappie fair on # 6 crappie minnows. Few bream off of red worms and crickets. Bass on artificial baits and brooder minnows. Catfish been doing good off minnows, frozen Shad.

Lake Winona – No reports back yet but I did over the weekend have several venturing out to it.
