So you want to know what’s going in at Snow Lane and Zuber Road? A quick look at the Bryant City Development Review Committee agenda from June 7, 2018, tells us that someone is considering building a neighborhood there called “The Stables.” If approved by City Council and if all goes as planned, there would be 47 lots in the development, ranging from one acre to one and one-half acres. The neighborhood would consist of one circular street and three cul-de-sacs, along with a large detention pond. The builder is Alan Schrader Homes.
