It’s time to start registering for spring ball for 2024. Benton Parks and Recreation has announced several opportunities to get in the game. See the descriptions below for various programs.

Blastball (Ages 3-5/CoEd) – New to Baseball/Softball? This introductory program will help your kids learn the very basics to the sport with no unneeded pressures. All equipment needed is provided by Benton Parks and the program is lead by Volunteer Coaches/Parents. This program has a 5-Week schedule, not including practices. CLICK HERE TO REGISTER
Instructional Softball (Ages 4 & 5/Girls) – Ready for some T-Ball for Girls! This program takes the next leap from Blastball to help girls prepare for the next level in softball. Girls need helmets with a chin strap, a glove, and a bat. They are provided a 6-Week, two games per week schedule in a low pressure environment and teams are lead by Volunteer Coaches/Parents. Youth Softball (Ages 5 -16/Girls) – Play Ball! This is an 8-Week, two games per week sanctioned USA Softball League played against other cities in the Saline County Spring Softball League. Girls who register at Benton will be guaranteed at least half their games in Benton, but some traveling to nearby areas is required. Additional opportunities include Pre-Season Tournament, District Tournament, and State Tournament. CLICK HERE TO REGISTER
Miracle League (Ages 3 to Adults/CoEd) – This league serves children and adults living with physical or mental disabilities, which may have caused them to be excluded, intentionally or not, from conventional baseball or softball leagues. More than just a game, Miracle League is about making friends, building self-esteem, and being treated like other athletes. Options may include Beginner, ‘Buddy,’ and ‘Independent’ leagues for you to choose the best for your athlete. CLICK HERE TO REGISTER
