The Capitol Arts and Grounds Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, September 13, 2016.
On August 23rd, Arkansas Secretary of State Mark Martin, who serves as Chair of the Capitol Arts and Grounds Commission, announced that he had scheduled a meeting of the Commission to be held September 13th and a draft agenda was released. A revised and final agenda has been set for the upcoming meeting.
The purpose of this meeting will primarily be to conduct administrative business. The Commission will review the process, introduce the proposals to the Commission, select the review sub-committees, and allow the sub-committees to select their first meeting time, date, and location. There will be no presentations by any of those who have submitted proposals at this meeting. The time for presentations will be established by the relevant sub-committees.
