Some construction in Bryant has generated curiosity among locals. There has been a self-serve car wash at the corner of West Commerce and Highway 5 North for many years, but it went up for sale in 2019. Local entrepreneur Vic Bava purchased it in October. Some may know Bava as the owner of Bryant Laundromat and partner in Salty Harbor Mini Golf and now SIVA Office Suites.
The plan for this property is to construct a building with furnished professional office suites, with utilities included.
“These would be perfect for freelancers, startups or anyone who is outgrowing their home office,” stated Bava. “Originally, the plan was to be open by the summer, but Covid delayed things and so we are hoping by sometime in October.”
There will also be the option to use their address as a virtual office for mail and deliveries, as well as have access to the conference room.
There is a total of eight offices ranging from 190 to 268 sqft. They are already leasing, with a trucking company and a CPA committed. There are six more suites available.
