It’s kind of incredible to see, but there are actually new businesses opening in Saline County. One in particular has been working on getting their shop ready for several months.
Ethan and Jean Simmons hope to open Scoopy’s Homemade Ice Cream to the public on May 4th. Like the name says, their ice cream is homemade onsite. They intend to have several flavors, including dairy-free.
You can find their shop at the corner of East Street and Edison Avenue where Bailey Motors used to be.
