I didn’t have enough room in the pan for all the bacon strips so I tried the basket weave. Well did not turn out to be a basket, but it was still bacon.
I thought maybe I’d use toothpicks the next time I try this, but I read somewhere that if you give your raw bacon a little cold water bath before cooking it, it should shrink less. I’ve tried neither of these methods, but if you do it before I get around to it, let me know what happens!
