A citizen reported someone entered her home sometime Friday night and stole jewelry and medication. The investigation is still ongoing.

Possession Controlled Substance //Dollar General Chicot //
Deputies made contact with a female in reference to outstanding warrants. A search of the female led to the discovery of suspected fentanyl. She was arrested and charged with Possession of Controlled Substance (Felony).
Unhappy Camper
Breaking or Entering // HWY 70 //
A citizen advised his motorhome had been broken into over the weekend. Nothing appeared to be missing but damage was done.
Pistol Pincher
Theft of property // Cindy Drive //
A citizen reported her firearm stolen from her nightstand drawer. Possible suspects have been named, the investigation is ongoing.
Unlatch & Scratch
Domestic Battery 3rd // Criminal Mischief //Sutton Road//
Deputies responded in reference to a disturbance between Girlfriend and Boyfriend. It was determined the girlfriend clawed and scratched the neck and hands of her boyfriend, as well as broke the door to his residence. She was arrested and transported to the Saline County Detention Center.

Domestic Battery 3rd // Criminal Mischief // Lucy Lane //
Deputies responded to the area in reference to a disturbance between a couple. It was determined the girlfriend bit her boyfriend on the chest and back and then slit the tires of his vehicle with a steak knife. She was transported to the Saline County Detention Center and charged with Domestic Battery 3rd and Criminal Mischief.

Motor Vehicle Theft // Jeanne Dr //
Deputies responded to the residence and made contact with a man who advised he started his truck in the morning but had to run back inside his residence. When he came out of the house, the truck was gone. The vehicle was recovered on 12/7/2022.

Theft // Germania //
A citizen reported her granddaughter charged over $3000.00 of transactions to her bank account. The investigation is ongoing.
Amassing Gas
Theft // Edwards Food Giant // Arch Street //
The grocery store staff reported a theft of propane tanks from the storage container outside. There were two separate incidents reported involving the same suspect. The suspect has been identified and a warrant will be sought for theft of property.
Truck Schmuck
Residential Burglary // Theft of Motor Vehicle // Cole Lane //
A woman reported suspects have broken into her residence as well as her pump house and shop building. The suspects stole a Ford F150, a heater, a tv, and a refrigerator. The investigation is ongoing.
That ’70s Tow
Motor Vehicle Theft // Cole Lane //
A citizen advised his grey 1977 GMC was stolen sometime after 4:00 pm on 12/05/2022. The investigation is ongoing.

Residential Burglary // Criminal Mischief 1st // Stonegate Drive //
A woman advised she was asleep in bed when she woke up to her ex-boyfriend in bed with her. Evidence shows the man forced entry into the home and attempted to get her to leave with him. A warrant has been sought for the boyfriend.
Mary Jane Mason Jars
Possession Controlled Substance // Loblolly Drive //
Deputies went to this address to serve an order of protection on a female resident. Deputies made contact with a male who filed the order in April, also at the residence. While conducting a stand by for the female, deputies observed seven mason jars of suspected marijuana. A warrant was sought and both male and female were charged with Felony possession of controlled substance.
Hooptie Hurter
Criminal Mischief 2nd // North Polk //
Deputies responded to this address for a disturbance involving a female subject hitting a vehicle with a baseball bat. Upon arrival, deputies spoke with both parties. The owner received the information about his vehicle from a third party. The female admitted to hitting the vehicle with paint balls and denied any knowledge of the vehicle being hit with a bat. She was cited and released for Criminal Mischief 2nd.
Car Flee Tree Karma
Domestic Battery 3rd // Raper-Haskell //
Deputies were called in reference to a possible disturbance. Once in the area, a vehicle which left the residence was located wrecked into a tree. After further investigation, a male, was discovered to have struck his mother’s boyfriend and fled the scene quickly resulting in an accident. He was transported to the Saline County Detention Center and charged accordingly.
Midnight Plight
Residential Burglary // Arch Street Pike //
A citizen reported that a female broke into her residence around 11:45pm. Video evidence and a witness corroborated this information. A warrant was sought for the female.
