Congo Ferndale // Theft of Property //
A citizen advised when she came into work at approximately 530 a.m. she noticed the cage to the propane tanks was open. The lock was cut out, and a total of 13 propane tanks were stolen from the cage.
Citizen report // Battery 2nd //
A citizen reported she and her daughter had gotten into a physical altercation on 09/21/22. Injuries were observed on the mother and a warrant will be sought for the daughter.
Lauren Ln // Aggravated Assault on a family member & Domestic Battering in the third degree //
A female was in a physical altercation with a male. The female had injuries to her neck, chest, back, and throat. A warrant will be sought for the male subject.
Arch Street Pike & HWY 167 // DWI //
Deputies responded to this location in reference to a single vehicle accident. Contact was made with the occupant who had driven his vehicle off the roadway. Upon further investigation, the driver was arrested and charged with DWI and Driving Without a Driver’s License.
Long Rd // Recovered Property //
Deputies responded to the area in reference to an abandoned vehicle. Upon arrival, the vehicle was found to be stolen out of Little Rock. The vehicle had been completely stripped and was impounded.
Salem and Samples // Shots Fired
Deputies observed what sounded like gunshots coming from a vehicle that was stopped at the stop sign. Benton Police assisted with a traffic stop on Hwy 5 North. Multiple guns and spent shell casings were found inside of the vehicle. Upon further investigation it was believed the occupants had been hunting from the roadway.
