Domestic Battery // Patterson Trail //
A citizen reported that he and his girlfriend got into an argument and she struck multiple times and left bite marks on him. A witness was also on scene and stated that she attempted to stop the girlfriend. It was reported the girlfriend pushed him down then left the property in a passenger car before deputies arrived. A warrant was sought for the suspect.
Domestic Battery 3rd // James Madison //
Deputies responded to call about a physical disturbance. Upon arrival, deputies spoke with a male and female couple.
Both parties explained they were arguing over financial issues. According to the female, the argument became physical when the male hit her on the back of the head then pushed her out the front door of their residence by the back of her head.
The boyfriend was determined to be the aggressor, and he was arrested, and transported to Saline County Detention Center.
Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle // Gingerbread Lane //
A citizen reported he let a female borrow his gray Dodge 15-passenger van and red 16-ft utility trailer approximately 2 months ago and she had not returned his property. A warrant will be sought for the suspect.
Forgery // Arch Street //
A local store manager reported that after the store closed, she began counting the money drawer and discovered someone had paid with 12 fake $50 bills sometime during the day. Cameras were reviewed and a male suspect was seen paying with the counterfeit money.
Physical Disturbance // Forrester Lane //
Deputies responded to this address for a physical disturbance in progress. When deputies arrived, it appeared both the suspect and the victim fled the scene.
After speaking with the reporting party and the homeowner, both Suspect and Victim were located inside the residence hiding in the back bedroom. While speaking with both parties separately, the victim told deputies the suspect choked her during a verbal argument. The suspect was taken into custody and Transported to the Saline County Detention Center.
