Have you ever wondered what it’s like to have a tattoo, but didn’t want to go through the pain of getting an actual tattoo? David Bishop from Relics Tattoo Studio in Benton will be at the library giving temporary tattoos on Monday, December 10th. These are semi-permanent tattoos. Choose your design and David will put the tattoo stencil on you. No needles are involved.
