The Saline County Regional Airport has completed a corporate aircraft hangar ramp expansion project. This will allow the airport to develop five corporate hangar lots to generate revenue for the airport, through land lease agreements with future tenants.
The entire project cost $752,872.00. It was completed through an FAA Airport Improvement Project (AIP) grant in the amount of $677,584.00, and a land match from the airport in the amount of $75,288.00.
Airport Manager Dane Pruitt stated, “We look forward to the growth that will be generated by the ramp expansion and are excited to offer our services and facility to include the corporate sector.”
