MySaline told you in May that a new, locally-owned Italian restaurant is coming to Shannon Hills. The owner told us then that they would be opening in early June, but they ran into some snags that were beyond their control.
Now, the owner of Sabrano’s Italian Restaurant, Layth Qassas, has released photos of his menu, and a sign that says they open tonight, Monday, July 27th, 2015. Lots of area residents have been waiting – almost with forks in their hands – ever since the “coming soon” sign went up in the Shannon Hills Shopping Center several months ago.
You may decide to go tonight and have bragging rights as one of the first customers, or you might be like me and wait a few days for them to catch their breath. Either way, it’s hard to mess up Italian, and being a small business owner myself, I wish Layth and staff the best!
