Benton Parks & Recreation will host the Run Run Rudolph 5K & Fun Run on Saturday, December 7th, in partnership with Saline County Striders and sponsored by State Farm Agent DJ Motley. Dress in your favorite Christmas attire to run. There will be prizes for best dressed, finisher medals, Santa in the Park and a photo booth.
Register for the 5K for $30 before the race or $35 the day of the race… or register in person with a toy donation before December 2nd and run for free. Check-in begins at 6:30 a.m. in the River Center Lobby. The 5K race begins at 7:30 a.m. The free Fun Run starts at 9 a.m. and is open to ages 12 and under.
The toys will be given to Boys and Girls Club of Saline County. The River Center at Riverside Park is located at 1800 Citizens Drive in Benton. Call for information at 501-776-5970.
