Ruby Tuesday’s corporate office did reply to my inquiry. They confirm in a short statement that the Bryant location is closed for good.
“As part of our routine review of our store portfolio, we have made the difficult decision to close our Bryant, AR restaurant. We appreciate the dedication of all our team members and the community’s support over the years.” – Ruby Tuesday

I’ve heard it from a couple of different employees, and I’m waiting on official confirmation from the corporate offices, but it appears that Ruby Tuesday in Bryant may be closed for good.
One employee stated that local management gathered employees and said Sunday night was the last night they would be open. The reason given was that this location was not making enough profit. Other staff members said that there was an issue where roof repairs weren’t done correctly and made things worse.
I’ll update if there is more to tell from corporate office. I looked up locations on their website and found that Bryant, Arkansas is not listed.

UPDATE: MON AUG 15 2016 5PM
An anonymous spokesperson our Bryant location of Ruby Tuesday says lots of locations have gotten the word that they will be closing, but they have been passed over for now. Let’s hope it stays that way. We like our local restaurants. Keep your business in Saline County, folks, and keep the money local. I’ll be keeping my eye on this situation.
