Two members of Riverdale Garden Club, Shirley Laisure and Linda Hester along with Shirley’s husband George planted the annual flower garden at the Bryant Post Office. They said the usual red vincas could not be found this year and so they planted varying shades of pink vincas for the summer of 2020. Several post office patrons offered thanks to the trio as they entered the building. Anyone wishing to join the garden club, email [email protected]. Meetings will hopefully be able to resume at the Bryant Library in the fall on the 2nd Thursday of the month.
