I really don’t know yet what it will be next, but someone is taking care to mow it and paint it up in delicious sherbet tones. This little building is located in Reynolds Road south of the high school. Can’t wait to find out!

Holy Cake Balls, They’re Open!
Paula Lynn’s has been moving their restaurant a couple blocks south and they’re finally open in the new location. They began this summer renovating the building where P & C Diner once was, and more recently, Outlaw’s Cowboy Cafe.
I talked to the guy out front who was about to wiggle the business end of some post-hole diggers and he said his name is Gary Jordan, of Jordan’s BBQ, and his wife Paula, of Paula Lynn’s Sandwich & Sweet Shop, is moving her restaurant a little south to have a larger parking lot and a bigger sign.
They’re cleaning and painting this place bright and sparkly inside and out and hoping to open mid-September. Mr. Jordan told me the black floor and gray walls will be painted white and the gray ceiling will be mint green. The inside order counter that was a half-wall has been torn out and there will be a glass pastry case (noms!) put in to show off the goodies, including 18 flavors of cake balls! I’m waiting….
