There’s a new business opening in Bryant for humans who love dogs. Saline County resident Tanya Heavin is opening Red Door Dog Boutique. It’s a store with all kinds of items with a dog theme, and dog bakery. They will cater to dogs of all walks and ages, according to the owner.
“I was inspired to open this business because I am passionate about dogs and an education in enrichment activities we can do with our dogs to build a better bond and improve their mental wellbeing,” said Tanya. “I wanted to offer a fun, upbeat shopping experience unlike received at the big box stores.”
Red Door Dog Boutique is unique in their offerings. They will have homemade, fresh, organic cookies and cakes for the dogs. They’ll also have unique items for the dogs and their humans not commonly found at other stores. And…
“I am excited to also note that we have a certified K9 massage therapist trained in Germany,” Tanya said. “Massage therapy is great for the sport dog, aging dog, a dog needing desensitization and to relieve stress, or any dog just needing some extra pampering.”

And speaking of April 1st:
Red Door Dog Boutique has set the date for their Grand Opening – 10:00 a.m. on April 1, 2023 at the Grant Plaza shopping center, near SugarDumplin’s Bakery. You can get some dog treats and some human treats in one trip! The address is 5407 Highway 5 N, Suite 17, Bryant, AR 72022.
Look for workshops in the future as well as some frozen treats to be offered this summer.
