• 12 JPs were present, Justin Rue was absent. February minutes were approved.
• Judge Matt Brumley made a proclamation that April is Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Month.
• Veteran Services Officer Greg Campbell gave update on services, noting two full-time employees are available to help local veterans.
• There was a first reading of the potential ordinance to pay deputies more if they have certificates.
• An ordinance was approved to amend policy about use of county vehicles.
• An ordinance was approved to amend the budget.
• An action item was approved to promote a Probation Officer.
• An action item was approved to change the title of a Road Field Service Technician to an Equipment Operator 2.
• Pat Bisbee announced the opening of East End branch of the Saline County Library on April 2.
• Rick Bellinger announced a Town Hall Meeting on April 4.
• Keith Keck thanked the county for actions during storms in Hot Springs Village.
