“Puppy Noses and Yoga Poses,” a fundraiser for The Lancaster Animal Project is set for 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Saturday, November 16th at Exceptional Physical Therapy, 1102 W. South Street. Come for a beginner-friendly puppy yoga class taught by Robyn Henderson (RYT200) with adorable rescue pups, and mimosas. Purchase tickets for $30 by going to the ticket link on the Facebook event.
Space is limited to 24 participants, so register beforehand to reserve a spot. Ticket price will include the mimosas, wine, and puppy-themed refreshments, puppy yoga class, and a Mexican yoga blanket to take home. Donations are welcomed from those who do not wish to participate in the class, but still want to give.
There will be limited number of mats available to borrow, so bring your own if possible. No previous yoga experience is necessary. All ages welcomed. Class will be from 11:15 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.
