I heard some time ago that Popeye’s was moving into the location where Backyard Burgers is now. I was told it would happen in November of last year. But nothing happened.
Then I read in the *April 30th minutes of the Bryant Development Review Committee* that Popeye’s wants to add onto the rear of the building. I suppose that is what is postponing the changeover.

But Popeye’s has spicy which doesn’t have much if any msg in the spices. I love fried chicken but cannot eat most of it commercially prepared because of the monosodium glutamate giving me migraines. I have Popeye’s spicy on my safe list. I do wish we would get some more home cooked food restaurants.
