Today’s picture is from Michelle Vire. She saw this tortoise (turtle?) on Congo Road near Pipkin Cemetery at 5:05 p.m. Friday, August 7, 2020.
You can imagine there was a lot of traffic at that time of day, but Michelle said this kind gentleman – who appears to work for Benton Utilities – scooted animal to the shoulder.
