Poke Cafe, the Hawaiian restaurant near Academy Sports in Benton, has done well enough to stay, but they are closing. Owners say it is due to their lease renewal having unfavorable terms.
The fare is similar to sushi, but you pick the ingredients – and instead of in a roll, it’s in a bowl. It’s the only restaurant of this type in Saline County.
