The 6A Benton Panthers varsity football team had a bye week last Friday and will face off with the Marion Patriots in the second round of the 2021 Centennial Bank State Football Playoffs.
The Patriots ended their regular season with a 6-5 record overall. They beat the Russellville Cyclones on Marion’s home field, 45-21 to get to round 2.
This will be a home game for the 9-1 Panthers, set for 7:00 p.m. Friday, November 19th at Panther Stadium. The winner of this game will play either Lake Hamilton or El Dorado.
