There’s a new way to sign up and get notified with emergency announcements in Saline County. The two cities of Benton and Bryant, along with the Saline County Office of Emergency Management came together in a press conference on December 4th to tell about it.

This partnership between the two cities and the county makes it possible to offer residents an alert system by OnSolve CodeRED. You can sign up to get alerts by text or email in several categories. There are emergency updates, like Tornado Warnings and Flash Floods. There are also options to be notified about community events and important deadlines.
