The annual Old Fashioned Day festival in downtown Benton is not going to happen this year, according to Sherry Parsons, Director of the Benton Senior Activity Center. She made the following announcement via social media:
“The Saline County Council on Aging is sad to announce that the 2021 Old Fashioned Day Festival is cancelled this year. We appreciate all of those that were interested. We will see you in 2022 with an awesome festival. We look forward to what the new year will bring.”
The festival was cancelled in 2020 as well.
