Paul Gustav Wahnefried, 75, of Benton, Arkansas passed away November 28, 2022. He was born May 25, 1947 in Hazel Park, Michigan to the late Harold and Luthera Stolzenfeld Wahnefried.
Paul was a member of First Lutheran Church in Benton, Arkansas and St. Stephen Lutheran Church in Waterford, Michigan. He had an amazing sense of humor and enjoyed giving his family and friends crazy gifts. Paul adored his family and spent equal time in Arkansas and Michigan so he could remain active in the lives of his children and grandchildren. One of his favorite activities with his family was decorating Christmas cookies. Paul enjoyed playing cards and coin collecting. He was a huge University of Michigan fan and did not want to miss a football game.
Preceding Paul in death are his wife, Carol; parents, Harold and Luthera Wahnefried; brother, Eric Wahnefried; and sister, Lois Wahnefried.
Paul leaves behind to cherish his memory his daughter, Anne Louise Barnard and husband Sean of Benton, Arkansas; son, Neil Wahnefried and wife Courtney of Rochester, Michigan; two grandsons: Charlie and Michael Barnard; two brothers: Alan Wahnefried and wife Lynne of Troy, Michigan and Gene Wahnefried and wife Wendy of Birmingham, Alabama; brother-in-law, Carl Schafer and wife Sara of Plymouth, Michigan; and many more family members and friends who love Paul and will miss him always.
Visitation will be held from 4:00-6:00 PM, Friday, December 2, at First Lutheran Church, 1818 I-30 Frontage Road in Benton, Arkansas. Services in Michigan are as follows: Visitation: 4:00-6:00 PM, Tuesday, December 6 at St. Stephen Lutheran Church, 3795 Sashabaw Road, Waterford Twp., Michigan 48329, as well as visitation 10:00-11:00 AM, Wednesday, December 7, followed by funeral service at 11:00 AM, at St. Stephen Lutheran Church. Private burial to follow at Glen Eden Cemetery in Livonia, Michigan.

Sue Davenport, age 88, of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away on November 30, 2022. She was a member of the Unity Missionary Baptist Church in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Sue is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Bill; and her daughter, Marilyn.
Sue is survived by her daughter, Karen Payne; son, Dave Davenport; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
A private graveside service will be at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock on December 6, 2022.
