Ronnie Gene Keen, age 56, of Hensley passed away Wednesday November 16, 2022. He was born on July 7, 1966 in Malvern. Ronnie was a saw mill worker and was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his father, Douglas M. Keen.
Survivors, son, Brandon Keen, mother, Janice Williams Butler and step-father, Dwain Butler, brother, Dewayne Keen, sister, Misty Clark.
Services will be held at a later date.

Donna McCray McCormick, 84 of Benton, passed away on November 16, 2022. She was born on March 27, 1938 in Benton, Arkansas to the late Ben Marshall and Sylvia Dorcas Garlington McCray. Donna was a member of First United Methodist Church of Benton, in the Choir and member of P.E.O. Chapter, DM Fortnightly, Wesley Bible Class. She directed the Recycled Voices Senior Choir also at First United Methodist Church.
Donna graduated from Benton High School in 1956 and attended Henderson State Teacher’s College as a music major. She was a member of Alpha Sigma Tau Sorority.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, William Robert McCormick and brother, Robert McCray.
Donna is survived by her sons, Trent (Jamie) McCormick of Cocoa, Florida and Kurt (Christi) McCormick of Benton; grandchildren, Will McCormick, Holly (Jeffery) King, K.K. McCormick (fiance’, Rainey Gibbs); sister in law, Colleen McCray from Dana Point, California
Pallbearers will be Will McCormick, Jeffery King, Rainey Gibbs, J.J. Barton, Rusty Slaughter and Chris Null.
Church services by Ashby Funeral Home will be 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 23rd at First United Methodist Church with Pastor Keith Dodson officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Crest Cemetery in Alexander.
The visitation will be held on Tuesday at Ashbys, 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
The family would like to especially thank Tamica Slaughter for her countless contributions to Donna and the family. Words cannot express the gratitude for her dedication; the relationship she had with Donna was a blessing and an honor for the family to witness. We would also like to thank the caregivers at Pleasant Hills Senior Services for all their dedication they poured into our mother that last two years.
Karen Sue Gardner, 70, of Benton, Arkansas passed away November 17, 2022. She was born September 2, 1952 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Julian and Doris Heer Cook.
Karen was a loving mother and grandmother.
Preceding Karen in death are her son, Jeffrey Kenneth Linton; parents: Julian and Doris Cook; and siblings: Jarvis Cook and Debbie White.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband, Philip Garner of Benton, Arkansas; two children: Stacy Cooper of Saline County, Arkansas and Tim Linton of Benton, Arkansas; grandchildren: Tanner, Leven, and Will; siblings: Julian Cook, Jr. (Gail) of Sardis, Arkansas, Linda Hogue (Jimmy) of Cabot, Arkansas, Shirley Cook of Prattsville, Arkansas, and Judy Ward (Kenneth) of Louisiana.
Services will be held privately by family.

Leah Caradine, 86, passed away on November 19, 2022. Leah grew up in Benton and was a member of the River Street Church of Christ. She was a hardworking, Christian woman who brought love and kindness wherever she went. Leah was retired from Mitchell Law Firm. She enjoyed gospel music, gardening, and fresh roses. She will be dearly missed and always remembered by those whose lives she touched.
Leah was preceded in death by her parents, William and Della Caradine; sister, Mona Caradine; and siblings: Christine, Truman, J.P. Caradine and Evelyn Hooper. She is survived by her siblings: Joyce Martin, Oma Dell Hill and Charles Caradine; her son, Bode; her two grandsons, Adam and Brandon; nieces, nephews, and a host of special friends.
There are no funeral events planned, as she requested. Burial will be in the family plot at Mt. Harmony Cemetery.
