Thomas (Tommy) Edmund Caudle, age 59, of Traskwood, passed away Thursday, August 18, 2022. He was born April 17, 1963 in Columbia, Tennessee. Tommy was a loving and devoted son, brother, husband, father, and grandfather. He was a family man and absolutely adored his grandchildren. Tommy loved the Lord and was a member of Revolution Church. Tommy’s strength was an inspiration for so many. He was loved by his family and many friends. He was thoughtful, dependable, and never wavered to help. Tommy graduated from Glen Rose High School and was employed at Coorstek for over 30 years.
He is preceded in death by his father, Tim Caudle, Sr.; son, Cody Caudle; and grandson, Cayde Caudle.
Tommy is survived by his wife, Chris Caudle; three sons, Casey (Katie) Caudle, Myles Brinkley, and Evan Wengert; daughter, Tiffany Caudle; mother, Ann Caudle; two brothers, Tim Caudle (Jan) and John Caudle; and seven amazing grandchildren, Brooklyn Caudle, Bailey Caudle, Kayli Caudle, Kennedi Caudle, Cody Caudle, Henley Davidson, and Hadley Davidson.
Pallbearers will be Jamie Woodall, Roy Higgins, Rob Woodard, Shawn Holiman, Keith Jones, Lee Lucy, and Terry Shoptaw. Honorary pallbearers will be Bob Witham and Alan Hilborn.
Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, August 22 at Traskwood Cemetery. Bro. Scott Patton will be officiating.
Our dear Mother Sharon Kay Patton, 79, of Mabelvale, Arkansas sadly passed away August 20, 2022 due to a stroke. She was born to the late James and Hazel Ennis on July 14, 1943, on Pea Ridge Pope County) Atkins, Arkansas. Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, husband Douglas L. Patton, brothers, James, Jerry, Billy Jo, and Johnny (Carolyn) Ennis and her sister and best friend Leoda (Rev. Bill ) Williams and nephew Jason Ennis.
Sharon graduated from Atkins high School in 1961. She was a childcare provider, owning Sharon’s Childcare for 30 plus years, worked at Candy Cane Campus, Wee Care (Morrilton) and her daughter’s family childcare, Beck’s Childcare. She cared for and loved over 500 Plus children in her 53 years and made everlasting impression on their hearts and Ms. Sharon and Later being “Memaw”.
She married the late Douglas L. Patton on June 24, 1967, where she lived in Little Rock and Mabelvale for 44 years. She is survived by three children, Daryl (CJ) Patton of Benton, Rebecca (Brett) Davis of Mabelvale, and Thomas (Julie) Patton of Mabelvale, two brothers, Walter (Kathy) Ennis, Atkins, Bobby (Karen) Ennis, Atkins, sister-in-law, Mary “Bet” Ennis, ten grandchildren, Courtney (Nathan) Probst, Drew Patton, Logan (Dustin) Williams, Lorin Patton, Skylar Davis, Preston Patton, Emma Patton, Hudson Patton, Austin Menser, Cierra (Montel) Smith, and 6 great-grandchildren, Addison Gallant, Chanley Probst, Elijah Furman, Myah Anderson, Nash Williams and Maggie Smith, and a host of nephews and a niece.
Sharon loved the Lord and her family with all her heart. She loved to travel, go boot scooting and all things roosters.
There will be a visitation from 6 to 8 PM Tuesday at Lemley Funeral Home in Atkins, Arkansas. Another visitation will be from 6 to 8 PM Wednesday Night at Ashby Funeral Home in Benton.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Thursday at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Sardis with burial at McPherson Cemetery in Sardis. Minister will be Bro. Rick Porter.

Tammie Lou (Carpenter) Hanson, 51, of Haskell, AR, passed away Saturday, August 20, 2022, after a long battle with cancer. Originally from Oklahoma, she spent the last years of her life enjoying time with her family and traveling with her husband, George. She loved growing sunflowers and cooking.
She is survived by her husband, George Hanson; son James (Alicia) Furciniti of Cambridge, NY; daughters Caitlyn (Mike) Castle of Clinton, AR, and Cassie (Matt) Julius of Bennington, VT; stepchildren Thomas (Brandi) Hanson and Tabitha (Larry) Jenkins; seven grandchildren (Wyatt, Charlotte, Caden, Anthony, Miranda, Brodie, and Trevet) and five step-grandchildren; parents Doug Carpenter and Karen Vollman of Enid, OK; siblings Angi (Mark) Henry, Doug Carpenter, Jr., and Sandie (Sherman) Rorick; aunt Connie (Dennis) Sorenson; as well as nieces, nephews, other loved ones, and friends. She was preceded in death by grandparents Bud and Carmen Hermanski and Raymond and Louise Carpenter, and stepfather Rick Vollman.

Hannah Lee Nuehring, 20, of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away August 17, 2022. Hannah was born October 12, 2001.
Hannah loved watching tv and movies. Harry Potter was her favorite and she was a Slytherin. Hannah enjoyed being with her nephew and was always buying him shoes. Hannah was always smiling no matter what and lit up a room when she entered it. She was always warm and welcoming. Hannah was a great listener and loyal to everyone she knew. She had an attitude that wouldn’t take no for an answer.
Hannah is survived by her mother, April Roberson (Jason); grandmother, Sandra Thompson; great-grandmother, Mary; brothers: Kris (Violet), Cole, and Kyle; sister, Samantha; very special uncle, Jay (Jade); nephews, Remy and Noah; bestie, Sarah; special boyfriend, Cain; as well as a host of other family members and friends that will miss her dearly.

Peyton Lee Mitchell, 24, of Benton, Arkansas passed away August 17, 2022. Peyton was born July 2,1998 to April (Tucker) Scott and Chance Mitchell.
Peyton was a Journeyman Electrician for the family owned, Chreyton Electric. Peyton loved being outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. He loved going to the lake and was always the life of the party. When Peyton was not at the lake, he was almost certain to be found in the evenings shooting pool with friends at “The Tavern” Springhill Tavern. Peyton had an infectious smile and a heart of gold. He loved his fur babies, Koa and Onyx. Peyton loved being “Peyt” to his favorite nephew, Brantlee.
Peyton is survived by his parents: April Scott (Richard) and Chance Mitchell; sisters, Christen Mitchell (Nic), Taylor Bean, and Karissa Scott; nephew, Brantlee Sellers; grandparents: Buck and Debbie Tucker, Cynthia (Goshien) Dixon, Dwight Mitchell, Ralph “Pawpaw Ralph” Dixon (Lisa); special aunt, Anita “Aint Nita”; uncle, Brett “Bo” Sellers; aunts: Kayla Brooke (Derrick) and Andrea Brown (Andy); cousins: Drake Brown, Sydney Brown, Jack Brooke, Drew Hathcoat and Easton Sellers; and Steele Nichols, who was like a son to Peyton; as well as a host of other family members and friends that will all miss Peyton dearly.

Funeral services for Marcia Raye Ferguson, 82, of Benton, Arkansas will be held on Monday, August 22, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. with visitation beginning at 12:00 p.m., at Little Flock Baptist Church in Many, Louisiana with Bro. Billy Gibbs and Bro. Wayne Chance officiating. Burial will follow in the Little Flock Baptist Church Cemetery. Marcia Raye Byrd Ferguson was born on Saturday, February 17, 1940 to Walker and Elma Speight. She passed away on Friday, August 19, 2022 at Alcoa Pines Health & Rehabilitation Center.
Marcia was born in Shreveport and raised at Barr Lake. In 1957, she married the late Eldry Preston Ferguson, with whom she raised four children, Karla, Gregg, Kristi and Wesley. For the last 29 years Marcia made her home in Benton, the last three spent being doted on by the residents and employees of Alcoa Pines.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Walker and Elma Speight; sister, Patsy Jo Weaver; brothers, Kenneth Speight and JW Speight and special grandson, Ryan Hunter Brown.
Marcia carried many titles to those near and dear to her; Mama, Mamaw, Aunt Marcia, Fergie & Ma Ferguson. She was known and loved by everyone she met. Marcia served as a hostess at Roller-Ballard Funeral Home and worked at Walmart in Many, Louisiana, in Benton and Bryant, Arkansas managing the Jewelry Department, but the majority of her life was spent as a seamstress. There was nothing you could show her that she couldn’t sew, from alterations to prom and wedding dresses.
She is survived by her four children, Karla Knippers and husband, Benny of Many, Louisiana, Gregg Ferguson and wife, Stacey of Ft. Jessup, Louisiana, Kristi Ferguson Treptow of Many, Louisiana and Wesley Ferguson, of Florien, Louisiana; nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren; sister, Onita Lynn Speight of Lake Charles, Louisiana; brother, Ellery Speight also of Lake Charles; other special family members, Pat Treptow and Erica Ferguson and a host of extended family and friends.
Though Marcia’s health kept her from doing many of the things she loved, she showed her heart-felt strength until the very end. She will be dearly missed.
Pallbearers will be Heath Brown, Rylan DeLatin, Gregg Ferguson, Rusty Ferguson, Triston Ferguson, Ryan Palmer, Pat Treptow and Chris Weaver. Honorary Pallbearers will be Benny Knippers and John Patrick Treptow.
Artie Lee Blue, Jr., 87, of Nevada, Texas went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, August 17, 2022. He was born to the late, Artie Lee Blue Sr., and Ollie(Staton) Blue, on Friday, January 25, 1935, in Lonoke, Arkansas. Artie retired from the U.S. Post Office after 31 years as a letter carrier. He was a great athlete and a great coach to his children’s ball teams. He attended Lifeline Baptist Church, where he served as a Deacon for many years.
Thursday, August 18th, 2022, marks Artie and Betty’s 66th anniversary of marriage. Now they are celebrating together.
He is preceded in death by his parents; his loving wife, Betty Blue; brother, E.C. Blue; two sisters, Ella Mae Larkan and Jessie Tucker; and grandson, Brandon Lee Blue.
He is survived by his three children, Randy Blue (Susan), Monte Blue (Gibi), and Rebecca Blue Massey (Carter); six grandchildren, Brittney (Eddie), Brady, Dillon (Ruth), Cody, Allison (Andrew), and Wesley (Kalie); one great grandchild, Pierce; one sister, Ida Faye Porter; along with numerous other family and friends who all love him and will miss him dearly.
Artie’s visitation will be held on Sunday, August 21, 2022, from 2:00-4:00 P.M. at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home. His celebration of life will be held on Monday, August 22, 2022, at 1:00 P.M. at Pinecrest Memorial Park.
