Bruce Lee Hogue, 76, of Owensville, Arkansas passed away July 1st, 2022. Preceded in death by his parents Bill and Edith Hogue, his wife Sue Hogue, his son Darrick Hogue and his brother Billy Hogue.
He is survived by his sister Bertha Hodge. His son Garrick Hogue and his children; Kass and wife Rebecca Hogue, James and wife Katie Hogue, Hunter Hogue, and Destiny Hogue. His daughter and son-in-law Wende and Chris Shamel and their children; Rachel, Brooke, and Brody Shamel. His grandson Dusty Hogue. Numerous nephews and nieces and great-grandchildren.
Bruce retired from Alcoa after 25-plus years. He served 4 years in the U.S. Air Force. While in the Air Force he learned to play the guitar, a beloved hobby of his. He also enjoyed woodworking and spending time with his favorite dog Missy.
Visitation will be held at Ashby’s Funeral Home Tuesday, July 5, from 6-8 pm, Funeral Wednesday, July 6th at 11 am in Ashby Funeral Home Chapel. Burial at Owensville Cemetery.

Phillip Wayne White, 27, of Conway passed away from a motor vehicle accident July 4, 2022. He was born October 7, 1994 and grew up in Benton. He was a 2013 Benton High School graduate and a 2017 University of AR at Little Rock graduate. Phillip was known for his huge smile, contagious laugh and love for others. His love for his Savior Jesus Christ was undeniable and seen by all he encountered.
Phillip was preceded in death by his grandfather Howard B. White.
He is survived by his father Shawn White (Jennifer), his mother Wyndelyn White, his sister Rachel Dodson (Josh), niece Ella Grace, nephew Gideon, maternal grandparents, Wendell and Janice Grubb of Charleston. Paternal grandmother Loretta White of East End, and countless friends.

Phillip Wayne White of Conway left this earth on July 4, 2022 to be with his Lord and Savior. He was born October 7, 1994 and grew up in Benton.
Phillip is preceded in death by his grandfather Howard B. White.
He is survived by his father Shawn White (Jennifer), his mother Wyndelyn White, his grandparents Loretta White, Wendell and Janice Grubb, his siblings Rachel Dodson (Josh), Jacob Wheeler and Olivia Wheeler, niece and nephew Ella and Gideon Dodson, and a ton of friends.

Keith Allan Archer, 53, went to be with the Lord June 30, 2022 following a courageous battle with cancer. He was born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas August 31, 1968, to Kenneth and Linda Archer.
Keith was a graduate of Sheridan High School. He also served for a time in the United States Air Force. Keith was employed by Maverick Transportation in North Little Rock, Arkansas from December of 2002 to the present. He served in different roles in the Operations Department, most recently as Director of Dedicated Operations.
Keith was a member of First Baptist Church in Benton, Arkansas, where he participated in Pure Energy, Reality Weekend, Mission Trips, and served in the preschool Life Groups Department for 10 years. He enjoyed camping, boating, the lake and beach, cleaning his truck, and all things he could do with his family. Keith was kind-hearted and never met a stranger.
Preceding Keith in death are his grandmother, Helen W. Brady and infant sister, Kim Archer.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory: His wife, Shannon, of 27 years; Two daughters, Kelsey and Lynley; His parents, Kenneth and Linda of Sheridan; One brother, Ken, of Conway; and a host of in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and co-workers who will miss him dearly.
Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 PM, Friday, July 8, at First Baptist Church Selph Hall in Benton. Funeral service held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, July 9 at First Baptist Church followed by burial at New Hope Cemetery in Sheridan, Arkansas.

Linda Kentner, of Benton, passed away on June 29, 2022 in Little Rock, AR. She was born in Winterset, IA to
Robert and Catherine Berry on December 16, 1943. She went to school in Lorimar, IA and Winterset, IA. She attended beauty school right after high school. She married Vance Kentner on August 30, 1975 in Lorimor, IA. They started their life together in Benton, AR. She worked for the Little Rock School District as an Instructional Aid and PE Instructor at Mabelvale Elementary, an Infant/Toddler Teacher at Rockefeller Elementary School and as a Teacher’s Assistant at Martin Luther King Elementary School. She obtained her Child Development Associate Degree while employed at Rockefeller Elementary School. She loved watching her children and grandchildren play sports. She always put others first no matter the day or the time. She enjoyed the following:
* watching hummingbirds and cardinals outside of her living room window
* watching the deer graze on her lawn
* arts and crafts
* sewing
* cooking and baking
* the Christmas season
* Dancing with the Stars
* Soap Operas
Linda Kentner is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Catherine Berry and her brother, Roger Berry. She is survived by her husband, Vance Kentner; son, Berry and Jenna Kentner; daughter, Brinda and Matthew Burr; son, Brandon (B.J.) Kentner and grandchildren, Reece, Rylan and Brooks (Berry Kentner) and Jordan and Chance Burr (Brinda Burr).

Lois Marie Thornberry, 92, of Benton, passed away on July 2, 2022. She was born on March 23,1930 in Double Springs, Alabama to the late David Wilson and Sally Elizabeth (Mills) Beasley. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 73 years, Jessie Thornberry; two daughters; Peggy Sally Thornberry and Sharon Louise Diemer.
Lois was a machine operator for Arkansas Face Veneer and Curtis Mathes. She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness.
Survivors include two sons; Jessie W. Thornberry and his wife, Regina, Shane Thornberry; two daughters, Lois Diane Thornberry, Penny Sue Jackson and her husband, Tracy; several, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
Graveside service will be held 1:00 P.M., Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at Bauxite Cemetery.
Born Anna Louise Anderson on July 10, 1928 in Flint, MI, Louise was the 3rd child of seven to be born to Lessie and Charles Anderson. Louise came from humble beginnings moving frequently because her father was a sharecropper. As described by Louise, she lived in hard times, but her family was close and she had nothing but fond memories. From 1929-1941, she was a child in the Great Depression Era which formed her character to cherish the things in life she had in her family while growing up.
Louise was a dedicated wife, mother, daughter and sister right up until her passing. She will be remembered as a talented seamstress, extraordinary cook and her tireless work she spent working in her yard. Her sweet smile and laughter will be missed.
Louise was a member of Barrow Road Church of Christ, until her health failed. Preceded in death were her husband Robert Lee Caudle, an infant son, Jerry and her eldest son, Gary Dewayne Caudle. She is survived by one sister, Alice Elaine Ruiz, her other three children: Robert Bryce Caudle (Debby); Jack Charles Caudle (Kim); Brenda Ann Gonzales (Terry), and the surviving spouse of Gary Dewayne Caudle, Maude. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Alisha Paige Guest, 51, of Alexander, Arkansas passed away on Thursday, June 30th, 2022. She was born on Monday, June 21, 1971, in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, July 5th, 2022, at 5:00 P.M. with the visitation an hour prior at First United Methodist Church of Bryant.
