Gunter Sijan Beaty, age 23, of Benton, passed away Wednesday, February 22, 2023. He was born June 25, 1999 in Benton, Arkansas. Gunter was a Rapid Responder for CTEH and specialist in the Army National Guard as a military police officer and assigned to the 216th Military Police Battalion at Camp Robinson. He loved the outdoors and was always excited for the next season! Hunting, fishing, the farm life, and riding side by sides with his brother was his favorite things to do. Gunter was the best Uncle G any kid could ask for and was one of the most loyal friends you’d ever find.
He is preceded in death by all his great-grandparents.
Gunter is survived by his mother, Jenny French (Dave); father, Erik Beaty; mawmaw and pawpaw, Debbie & Steve Gunter; Papa D and Gran, Dalton & Betty Beaty; nana, Sandra Beaty; granny, Billie French; brother, Garrett Beaty (Kat) and their son Leo; sister, Gabby Beaty; brother, Landon French (Kim Mooney); uncles & aunts, Todd & Julie Gunter, Rob & Gina Kelley, and Jeff & Sherri Kelley; and a host of extended family and friends.
Pallbearers will be Todd Gunter, Cole Gunter, Dakota Tarvin, Dawson Terry, Austin Bull, Austin Harklau, Austin Duncan, and Keith Mundie. Honorary pallbearers will be Cole Kelley, Jared Kelley, and Blake Kelley.
Visitation will be 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Sunday, February 26 at Ashby Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 27 at Ashby Funeral Home with burial at Old Union Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Gunter S. Beaty Memorial Scholarship Fund c/o the First Security Bank.
It is with great sadness that the family of Callum Edward Lachowsky announces his passing. Callum was born into this world on February 22, 2023. Callum passed away peacefully in the comfort of his parent’s arms. While his life was short, he was a blessing to his mother and father and will be lovingly remembered by them.
Callum leaves behind his loving parents; Luke Edward Lachowsky, and Courtney Micheal Lachowsky, and two brothers; Parker Michael Lachowsky, and Cooper Aaron Lachowsky.
The family has requested a private family service.
Stephanie Karol Lott, 68, of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away on Sunday, February 19th, 2023. She was born to, Scott Stewart and Alene (Smith) Glosson, on Thursday, June 24th, 1954, in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Stephanie loved to decorate for holidays, cross stitch, reading, and doing crossword puzzles. She loved spending time with her family and was a dedicated Nana.
She is preceded in death by her father, Scott Stewart.
She is survived by her husband, Sonny Lott; four children, Adam Parsons (Becky) of Benton, Wesley Parsons of Little Rock, Angel Cuffel (Joe) of Little Rock, and Sarah Parsons of Benton; seven grandchildren, Clay, Hannah, and Michael Cuffel, Claire and Andrew Parsons, Tori Jones, and Xavier Ware; two brothers, Alan and Drew Cabe; one sister, Sheila Stewart; mother, Alene Glosson; along with a host of other family and friends who all love her and will miss her dearly.
Her visitation will be from 2:00-3:00 P.M. and her celebration of life will be held at 3:00 P.M. this Sunday, February 26th, 2023, at Parkview United Methodist Church in Benton, Arkansas.

Mark Preston Cox. 65 of Mabelvale, Arkansas passed away on February 24, 2023. He was born July 1, 1957, to Charles Cox and Dorothy Newcomber.
Mark was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He enjoyed camping, traveling and Nascar. Marks favorite place was Glacier National Park. He loved spending time outdoors and teaching his grandchildren how to fish until they all started out fishing him. He loved his family.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife, of 35 years, Tonya Cox; 3 sons, Will, Jesse and Steve; 2 daughters, Heather and Kris; 5 grandchildren, Ethan, Damien, Zachary, Gabriel and Bentley; brothers, Tim and David; sisters, Laura and Christa; Along with a host of family and friends who all love him and will miss him dearly.
A private service will be held at a later date.
