November is Stomach Cancer Awareness month and it’s soon time for the 7th Annual No Stomach For Cancer 2 Mile Run/Walk. It’s on Sunday, November 4th at 2pm on the Mills Park Trail on Mills Park Road in Bryant. No prior registration is needed, but shirts and other stomach cancer items available.
This is not a timed race. Organizers say it is for everyone to join in, walk, raise awareness, and support those involved with stomach cancer. It’s also to help support more research, on a cancer that does not get much funding.
Just go online, order an event t-shirt, if you would like and join for a great cause. Also, donations will be accepted online or at the Walk day. There will be drinks and snacks available.
There will be a donation station at the walk, or you can visit nostomachforcancer.org to lend your support.
