My friend Russell Steed has been operating a shoeshine business for a couple years, but on Thursday, May 26th, it will be his first day to have his own shop. He’ll be located at 118 West Sevier Street in downtown Benton. That’s across from the courthouse, on the same block with the Republican HQ, Recycle Saline & the pool hall.
