Many have asked, so I got some answers about when the newest apartment complex in Saline County will open.

First, here’s some background: The Lindsey Management Company, Inc. purchased the out-of-business Longhills Golf Course and is in the late stages of construction for a massive apartment complex. It’s being built in phases, but when complete, the plan is to have a total of 793 apartments over 177 acres. There will also be a clubhouse and pool for residents only, but the existing clubhouse and pool will be tied into the golf/country club amenities for the public to use.

Here are the main questions you’re asking. I got the answers from a spokesperson from Lindsey Management:

When will it open?

Pending weather conditions, Lindsey plans to begin leasing apartments in July 2016.

What are the floorplans like?

The floorplans will hit the company website in May 2016 and will be similar to The Lakes at Hurricane Creek in Bryant.

What will the rent structure be?

Depending on square footage, features and location, 1-bedrooms will range from $610-685 and 2-bedrooms will range from $710-840. Some of the apartments will feature a private balcony and some of the 2-bedroom apartments will feature a second bathroom.

What does that include?

As mentioned above, residents will have access to a clubhouse, pool and gym. There will also be special rates for utilizing the golf course.

Is there a waiting list?

There’s not a waiting list, but you can call the Lindsey Management office and ask to be contacted when leasing begins.
