Bryant ranks at the very top of healthiest housing markets in Arkansas, and in the 81st percentile among United States cities, according to a recent ranking from financial technology company SmartAsset. The study measures market health by the average number of years residents spend in homes, home values, ease of sale, and the costs associated with ownership. Other Saline County cities in the top ten are Benton, ranking at #3 and Hot Springs Village, coming in at #9. I’d love to know what residents think is the reason for such great ratings.
