- Avalon Nails, Maurices, Sally Beauty Supply, SportClips and Sprint are coming.
It was previously announced that the following stores will come to the shopping center:
- Home Goods, TJ Maxx, Hobby Lobby, Ulta Beauty, Texas Roadhouse, PetSmart and Rack Room Shoes.

SEP 15, 2015:
Benton Mayor David Mattingly held a press conference this morning to announce that GBT Realty has plans to build a shopping center called The Shoppes at Benton just west of Alcoa Road on the north side of Interstate 30. For a landmark, that means right next to Landers Chrysler Jeep Dodge.
The property is just under 23 acres and will be accessible from the frontage road as well as Highway 5 North, with a driveway right next to where the new Police and Fire substations will be constructed for the City of Benton.
Construction is slated to begin in the first quarter of 2016.
