A Benton man has been missing since Sept. 14th.
Thomas Carroll Hines, age 64, was last seen 9/14/21 leaving 402 Algood Street wearing a gray t-shirt, blue jeans and grey shoes.
Hines suffers from dementia and mental health challenges.
