The Saline County Library will host a time for tweens to compete in Minute to Win It games on Friday, October 18 at 6:00 p.m. at the Bob Herzfeld Memorial Library. This is an event exclusively for ages 9 to 12.
Tweens will complete different challenges, competing against their friends. Staff members will be there to make sure everyone has a good time. The event will be from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m. and parents are not allowed to stay during the event. There will be a small snack, but no dinner will be provided.
It will be an active night, so tweens are asked to wear closed-toed shoes and clothing they can move in. This is a late night event so tweens won’t be able to use the computer, check out books, or have access to the whole library.
To participate in this event, you must sign a contract with the library. Contracts are at this link or picked up at the library. Contracts must be turned in by October 11th in person at the library.
For more information about the Tween Late Night event, contact the Tween Librarian Jessica at 501-778-4766 or JessicaH@salinecountylibrary.
